Pizza Studio of Lehi, a really great twist on something you are familiar with.

I am sure that it is clear from the title, I really liked my trip to Pizza Studio. I have been to the Lehi location and the location in City Creek center. Both did a great job, but I am only reviewing the Lehi location. Lets get down to business. (I know you are thinking "to defeat... the huns" but don't. ok you can if you want, I can't really help it either.)

Service. 10/15.
Y'all should know that they were super busy. I have mentioned before that I work at Chick-fil-A and they weren't quite as busy as us, but I promise they won't go out of business anytime soon. Thats right, now I am one of those people who say, Y'all.
Anyway, they served me quick, and that is the most important. So now, this is where I explain the title of this post out of necessity. I was in no way referencing pizza when I said, "something you are familiar with." I was referencing a certain sandwich shop. All I will say, is that the only thing "Pizza Studio" has in common with the Sandwich shop that shall not be named is the format in which your order is taken.
as you approach the beginning of the process they will ask for your choice of Crust. just go with Traditional. I am sure the others are good but I'm a "if it aint broke don't fix it" kinda guy. then you can get some predetermined pizzas, but the unique thing about them is making a custom pizza, so do that. However, this isn't everything about their service.

As a customer you can be Served quickly because, They have someone who starts the pizza by getting your crust. They have someone else who places your sauce and choice of cheese. Then someone for meats, and someone else who places your Veggies. Finally someone places your pizza in the oven and someone else takes your money. This setup is great for a business because it allows an employee to be expert at one small thing. Even if they aren't expert someone else is standing right by to help. they were fast and friendly. They didn't quite earn a 15 but they were pretty good.
Location and Identity. 9/15
for this section i'll be brief. They are somewhat new to the national pizza scene. Yet, in the areas they are in, they are well established and growing fast. If you visit them and fall in love, I wouldn't be worried about them disappearing. I gave them a 9 because they aren't well known amongst everyone yet, ya know, like Pizza Hut, or Dominos. However, if I were to review them in a decade I think their rating in this  category will go up. With five locations in utah, there is no excuse for you not to visit them.

Menu. 12/15

Now, just in case I haven't said, when I rate the menu I am looking for the selection, and a clear and easy presentation of that selection and I think they are pretty close on this one. As I have previously said, they build personal pizzas according to your exact specifications. So the selection is top notch. The only thing they lack in selection is crust sizes and styles. As of right now they only serve thin crust. but they have like five different flavors of Crust!

Price. 14/15

They do great. at the American fork location it is 7.99 for unlimited toppings and an 11" pizza. which isn't very big. especially when you take in the fact that the crust is thin. Even considering this. I am a big fella at 6'2" 230 lb's it still fills me up. I don't even pile on the toppings and it hits the spot. 

Taste. 11/15

This one is tricky, because with build your own pizza the taste is kind of up to you. however they still get a high rating because the predetermined pizzas are delicious. The other obvious contributor to the taste is the ingredients, and unlike their build your own sandwich counterparts. the ingredients are fresh and great.

Over all on my rating system, they got Four out of 5 stars. really great place to get lunch. I haven't eaten at all their locations, but the two i have visited have provided a consistently great experience. Go Eat lunch here as soon as you can!
